Meet William C. Campbell III, an innovative leader and dedicated advocate committed to revolutionizing education and fostering emotional well-being. At the heart of his journey is a compelling mission to drive change, amplify the voices of the unheard, and create a nurturing ecosystem that empowers individuals to unleash their full potential.

William commenced his educational odyssey in Dallas, Texas, achieving a significant milestone by earning an associate degree alongside his high school diploma at Middle College High School at El Centro. His pursuit of knowledge led him to The University of Texas at Arlington, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in University Studies, specializing in Humanities, Social Science, and Science, with a minor in African-American Studies.

Driven by a thirst for expertise, William pursued a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Undaunted by challenges, he is on a transformative journey toward a Master of Science in Restorative Practice from the International Institute of Restorative Practice.

With over nine years of dedicated service as a high school mathematics teacher and a campus Social-Emotional Leader, William has been a driving force in creating inclusive environments through Restorative Practices. His unyielding passion and dedication have positioned him as a beacon of hope, guiding communities toward positive change.

Dedicated to cultivating a nurturing ecosystem, William serves as a volunteer site director for Feed The City-West Dallas and proudly holds a board position at YMCA-Park South,  Ready to Lead Alumni, and Dana Juett Residency member. He is also a partner at Social Venture Partners and actively participates in committees with various nonprofits focusing on youth development, food insecurity, justice, equity, and inclusion.

Seeking to make a broader impact, William founded and manages Campbell Consulting firm, which focuses on providing equitable training to youth development professionals. Additionally, he established Dallas Academix Hub, a co-working space catering to homeschooled youth, demonstrating his commitment to creating positive change beyond the workplace.
