Maylene Renninger is an Asset Management Analyst at MDH Partners. She focuses on value creation and portfolio analysis for multiple industrial real estate funds totaling more than $2.5 billion in AUM. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Maylene moved to Dallas, Texas, following her undergraduate education. Maylene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate with minors in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability (EEDS) and Music, Media, and Enterprise (MME) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Maylene enjoys creating change and being active in the community. She was a member of the 8th cohort of the Social Venture Partners Dana Juett Residency program. She is also involved with NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders, IWIRE North Texas, and Ladies in CRE. In her free time, Maylene enjoys traveling, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with her fellow SVP Partner Michael, and 2 cats.
