Alexis Snow

Alexis Snow is a Michigan native and graduate of Michigan State University. She is passionate about the North Texas community’s collective commitment to social change, and her career journey has been dedicated to that progress.

Alexis’ desire to make an impact led her to join City Year Dallas, where she found purpose in supporting students, individuals, and families across North Texas. Her professional experience spans from recruitment and retention of Black Educators to contributing to improving education outcomes for DISD students to leading capacity-building programs for social impact organizations to help them scale their operations. In 2022, Alexis moved into Philanthropy, where she is now the Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Impact at the Wells Fargo Foundation. Alexis is responsible for managing the philanthropic investments and supporting volunteerism across the North Texas market. Alexis is a recent graduate of Social Venture Partners Dana Juett Residency, where she completed eight months of venture philanthropy education and consulting project for The Friends of the Dallas Public Library.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys organizing spaces, experimenting in the kitchen, admiring (not purchasing) new plants, and serving alongside her husband in the Vickery Meadow community where they live. She is deeply involved with the refugee community of Vickery and collaborates with the place-based nonprofits and the City of Dallas to ensure this community has a voice.
