Alexander Haj is a Community Philanthropy Junior Officer at Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT). He focuses on connecting North Texas nonprofits with funding and capacity-building opportunities. Alexander supports CFT’s discretionary grantmaking, client and fundholder grantmaking, capacity building initiatives, back-end systems, and general nonprofit support.

Before joining CFT in 2021, Alexander served as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at Austin College, where he managed alumni programming and fundraising efforts. He also worked at the Texoma Health Foundation, supporting grantmaking and place-based philanthropy, including the development and launch of the Texoma Health Foundation Park.
