The March Social Innovation Luncheon will feature current federal administration official Clarence H. Carter, who will share how an office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services works to develop partnerships and connect programs, across the country, with funding and resources.
On March 27th, the Director of the Office of Family Assistance and the Acting Director of the Office of Community Services, will share his vision for how the federal government can help build economic resilience across our county.
Mr. Carter is the Founder of the Institute for the Improvement of the Human Condition and led a local charge to transform Washington, D.C. from a shelter-based homeless system to one that provides permanent supportive housing. He is also a current appointee of the Trump administration.
